GEOTEXTILE/GEO-FABRIC & SOIL STABILZATION
Woven & Non-woven Geotextile – Geo Bags – Geogrid
Our durable and permeable geotextiles which are of UV-treated and chemical resistant virgin polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) materials with the bonding technology of either needle punching or thermal, may be deployed to serve the purposes of filtration, separation, or reinforcement in civil engineering works like dams, railways, harbours, roads, irrigation channels, and reservoirs for soil stability, erosion prevention, and drainage objectives. The superior mechanical and geotechnical characteristics of our geotextiles enhance the serviceability and durability of the resulting structures.
We offer geobags of both woven and nonwoven geotextiles in various sizes to solve site hydraulic challenges and they could be used as breakwaters, for riverbank and beach protection, erosion control, and scouring prevention. The flexibility and the competitive costs of geobags present advantages over the optional traditional methods such as the use of concrete.
Our fibreglass geogrid has excellent chemical resistance with high tensile and creep resistance values to justify its reinforcement capabilities in asphalt pavement and foundations of roads, airport runways, parking lots, bridges, jointed concrete highways for reflective cracking prevention. The geogrid is polymer-coated and tack-filmed for high tensile strength in both weft and warp directions, high-temperature range, low elongation, durability, and chemical resistance. The biaxial plastic geogrid noted for its high aperture stability and wear resistance is of virgin polyethene using hot-melt extrusion method that increases the soil load-bearing capacity and the stability of the road subbase of course aggregates through aggregates confinement.

EROSION CONTROL MATERIALS
Gabions & Reno Mattresses – Armoured Gabions – Geo Mat – GeoCell
Our European imported gabions and reno mattresses in various sizes are hexagonal double twisted or triple twisted mild steel wire mesh with the options of being only galvanized or both galvanized and Pvc coated, and they satisfy the various engineering standards available in the industry. For enhanced strength, stability and serviceability, the products are selvedged at the edges with wire of greater diameter in addition to being partitioned at an interval of one meter. The wire diameter, mesh and coating qualities satisfy the latest requirements of EN10223-3, ASTM A975, BS 1052, ASTM A641, ASTM A370, BS443, EN10244-2, DIN 1548, and QQ-W 461 H.
The armoured/defensive barrier gabions internally lined with heavy-duty non-woven permeable geotextile can be filled with available site materials to create formidable barriers against the wind, scouring, flood, and safety among others to achieve various objectives.
Our composite geomat with geotextile is a three-dimensional structure made of UV treated and chemical-resistant synthetic filament materials woven into the flexible flat structure of very high porosity that conserve soil for vegetation growth thereby enhancing the natural ecosystem. There is an option of biodegradable geomat.
The three dimensional HDPE Geocell of different cell sizes and heights uses ultrasonic welding technology for consistent quality to efficiently perform its functions of resistance to erosive forces even on steep slopes through its unique flexibility, lightweight, permeability, and high strength. Geocells can also be used for soil stabilization and reinforcement purposes in roads, retaining walls, erosion control, landfills, reservoirs and river training

LANDSCAPPING MATERIALS
Weed control Geotextile
Our permeable, UV-treated, lightweight, but very high strength weed control fabrics are excellent to prevent weed growth in landscaping and interlocking stone pavement works. Despite its ability to prevent weed growth, it allows percolation of water, air, and soil nutrients

DRAINAGE MATERIALS
Composite Geo drains – HDPE Perforated Corrugated Pipes
Our hybrid geodrains sheets which are in various designs are made of a net of porous or non-porous HDPE sheets covered on one or two sides with geotextile, are veritable more competitive alternatives to the conventional methods of drainage and lowering of water tables. They could be used in foundations, basements, retaining walls to either water-proof and/or drain or protect the structures. They serve other purposes of reducing pore pressures, guide against chemical contaminations, corrosion, and allow backfilling with non-graded materials
The available corrugated perforated pipes in different dimensions facilitate soil drainage and transportation of targeted flow. The compressive strength of the pipes guarantees the serviceability and durability of the drainage systems.

HDPE GEOMEMBRANE & WATER-PROOFING MATERIALS
HDPE Geomembrane Sheets – Composite Geomembrane – Geodrain – DPM
Available with us are HDPE geomembrane sheets of various thicknesses that are either smooth or textured on one or both sides. They are impermeable, UV and chemical resistant geomembranes and with their fast deployment and costs, the geomembrane presents unique advantages over other traditional methods of waterproofing structures like foundations, landfills, canals, and reservoirs. Some of the features include high resistance to wear, puncture, and tear; stability under high and low temperatures, and easy maintenance
The composite geomembrane Liner is the hybrid of an impermeable geomembrane sandwiched between two protective layers of woven or non-woven geotextile, thereby providing the combined functions of both geotextile and geomembrane which may be utilized in roads, foundations, aquaculture, landfills, and wastewater treatment.
The studded HDPE membrane combined with geotextile on one side does the dual functions of a drain channel and waterproofing like in retaining walls that need pore pressure dissipation and if need be waterproofing.
Our DPM is an extruded blown LDPE (polythene) film suitable for use in oversite concrete slabs, foundations, and walls
